ABI1表达上调与结直肠腺癌临床病理及预后的相关性分析 被引量:2

The relationship between ABI1 upregulation and clinicopathological features and prognosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma

摘要 目的分析Abl相互作用蛋白1(Ab1 interactor 1,ABI1)表达与结直肠腺癌临床病理特征和预后的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学技术,检测ABI1蛋白在218例结直肠腺癌组织中的表达,利用矿检验及Spearman相关检验,分析ABI1表达与结直肠腺癌临床病理特点的相关性[χ^2和(或)Fisher检验及Spearman相关检验],应用Kaplan-Meier方法计算其中109例结直肠腺癌患者术后5年生存率及生存时间。结果相对于癌旁组织,ABI1在结直肠腺癌中的表达明显上调(P=0.000);ABI1表达与结直肠腺癌浸润深度(P=0.040)和组织分化程度(P=0.043)显著相关,而与肿瘤部位、临床分期、淋巴结和远处转移等无相关性;高表达和低表达ABI1的患者术后5年累积生存率分别为45.6%和76.9%,中位生存时间为71.6(95%CI:57.4—85.7)个月和99.0(95%CI:85.6—112.4)个月,Kaplan—Meier分析显示,差异有统计学意义(r=11.090,P=0.001)。多因素分析显示,ABI1不是一个独立的结直肠癌预后评估因素(P=0.119)。结论结直肠腺癌组织中表达的显著上调提示ABI1具有潜在的促癌作用;ABI1表达上调与结直肠腺癌的浸润程度、组织分化程度和患者生存时间相关。 Objective To analyze the correlation between the expression of Abl interactor 1 ( ABI1 ) and the clinicopathologic characteristics in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to determine ABI1 expression in human colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues and matched adjacent tissues. A statistical analysis was used to determine the potential correlation between ABI1 expression and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis. Results ABI1 is up-regulated in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues compared with matched adjacent tissues (P = 0. 000), ABI1 expression is significantly correlated with infiltration ( P = 0. 043 ) and differentiation ( P = 0. 040), but not with sex, age, tumor location, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis ( P 〉 0. 05) ; It was also shown that ABI1 expression had a significant influence on prognosis (χ^2= 11. 090, P = 0. 001 ). Multivariate analyses showed that high ABI1 expression is not an independent poor prognostic factor for overall survival (P = 0. 119). Conclusion ABI1 overexpression might act as pro-oncogene for patients with colorectal adenocarcinoma.
