摘要
分析了水煮时间对玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯力学性能的影响;研究了基料、相容剂对材料耐水煮性能的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜观察了玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯的形貌。结果表明:以低熔融指数的聚丙烯为基体,采用高热稳定的相容剂有利于玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯耐水煮性能的提高,能够将力学性能下降率控制在10%以内。
The effect of poaching time on the mechanical property of glass fiber reinforced poly- propylene was analyzed. The effects of base material, compatibilizer on the boiling water resist- ant property were studied, and the morphology of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that using low molten index polypropylene as base resin and the high thermal stability compatibilizer could improve the boiling water-resistant property of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, and the degradation rate of me- chanical property is controlled within 10%.
