摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱检测吡丙醚的方法。[方法]试样用甲醇溶解,以乙腈-水为流动相,使用以Agilent TC-C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,对吡丙醚进行反相高效液相色谱法分离,外标法定量。[结果]方法线性相关系数0.995,精密度变异系数为0.2%,平均回收率为100.2%。[结论]方法完全可以满足定量分析要求,具有简便、线性关系良好、精密度高、准确度高的特点。
[Aims] A HPLC method for determination of pyriproxyfen was established. [Methods] The sample was dissolved with methanol and analyzed by RP-HPLC with Agilent TC-C18 chromatographic column and UV detector, the mixture of acetonitrile and water was used as the mobile phase. In addition, the quantification was conducted by external standard method. [Results] The linearity correlation coefficient was 0.995, the RSD was 0.2%, and the average recovery was 100.2%. [Conclusions] The method has the advantage of simple, good linear relationship, high precision and accuracy, which is suitable for quantitative analysis.
