摘要 【目的】明确6%寡糖·链蛋白WP对南方水稻黑条矮缩病的田间防效及其对水稻的促长增产作用。【方法】2014年在江华县喃方水稻黑条矮缩病重发区汲长沙县,采用田间小区试验并结合茎叶喷雾法,评价6%寡糖·链蛋白wP对南方水稻黑条矮缩病的防治效果;通过室内考种及田间实测稻谷产量,评价其对水稻的促长增产作用。【结果】在水稻秧苗3叶1心期、5-6叶期及分蘖盛末期,茎叶喷施1次6%寡糖·链蛋白WP40.5—108.0ga.i./hm2,对南方水稻黑条矮缩病的防效达95.87%-98.27%,且其实际产量较空白对照区增产2.07~3.11t/hm2。【结论】6%寡糖·链蛋白WP能有效防控南方水稻黑条矮缩病危害,且促进水稻生长及显著提高稻谷产量。 [Aims] This study aims to clarify control efficacy on Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus (SRBSDV) of oligosaccharins .plant activator protein (OPAP) and its effects on growth promotion and yield increase of rice. [Methods] The field plot trials were conducted to assess the control efficacy on SRBSDV of OPAP via foliar spray in Jianghua (outbreak area of SRBSDV) and Changsha in 2014. In addition, theoretical yield and actual yield of rice were determined to evaluate its effects on growth promotion and yield increase of rice. [Flosults] The results showed that the range of control efficacy on SRBSDV and actual yield increase of rice were 95.87-98.27% and 2.07-3.11 t/ha, respectively, compared with the control, when 40.5-108 g a.i./ha of OPAP 6% WP was applied during the period of 3 leaves plus 1 heart and 5-6 leaves of seedling and late tillering. [Conclusions] SRBSDV could be prevented and controlled effectively by applying OPAP 6% WP. Furthermore, growth promotion and significant yield increase of rice could be achieved.
