神经外科手术患者医院感染的相关因素分析及护理对策

Related factors of nosocomial infection in patients receiving neurosurgical operations and nursing countermeasures

目的探讨神经外科手术患者医院感染的相关危险因素,并总结护理对策。方法回顾性分析我院神经外科2014年8月～2015年1月住院的248例手术患者的临床资料,详细记录患者的基本信息,进行单因素和多因素分析,并结合分析结果总结相关的护理对策。结果本组248例中,共21例发生医院感染,发生率为8.47%;气管插管/切开、手术时间≥3 h、年龄≥60岁、输血以及术前高血糖等因素为神经外科手术患者发生医院感染的独立危险因素。结论在护理神经外科手术患者的过程中,应充分考虑到上述因素,进行针对性的护理,从而减少并发症的发生,促进患者恢复。

Objective To investigate the related risk factors of nosocomial infection in patient receiving neurosurgical operations, and to summarize the nursing countermeasures. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in the clinical data of 248 patients undergoing neurosurgical operations between August 2014 and January 2015. The patients＇ essential information was recorded, and univariate and multiplicity analysis was carried out. In addition, relevant nursing were summarized. Among the 248 cases, nosocomial infection occurred in 21 ones, and the incidence rate was 8.47%. The independent risk factors for nosocomial infection in patients receiving neurosurgical operations were tracheal intubation/incision, operation time ≥3 hours, age ≥60 years old, blood transfusion, and preoperative high glucose, etc. Conclusion During the nursing for patients receiving the neurosurgieal operations, the factors above should be fully concerned. Pointed nursing should be carried out in order to reduce the incidence of complications and promote the patients＇ recovery.
