摘要
本文分析了某稀有金属尾矿的矿物组成、粒度组成以及矿物之间的相互嵌布关系。根据尾矿性质,考察了工艺流程,磨矿细度,阴阳离子混合捕收剂的筛选、配比以及用量等条件对长石石英分选效果的影响。最终,采用自行研制的阴离子捕收剂EZ-2和十二胺,应用硫酸法分离长石和石英,得到含Al2O317.12%、K2O3.27%、Na2O8.26、Fe2O30.11%的长石精矿及含SiO296.07%、Fe2O30.02%的石英砂,实现了尾矿的高效利用。同时,捕收剂EZ-2也展现了良好的捕收性能,拓宽了其应用领域。
In this paper, the mineral composition, size distribution and dissemination relation of a rare metal tailing were studied first. Then on the basis of the tailingrs properties, condition tests including process flow-sheet, grinding fineness and collector selection were carried out to evaluate the effects on the separation of feldspar and quartz. At last, under acidic conditions, by using the self-made anionic collector EZ-2 and cationic collector dodecylamine, feldspar concentrates containing 17.12 % Al2O3,3.27 % K2O, 8.26 % Na2O, 0.11%Fe2O3and quartz concentrates containing 96.07% SiO2, 0. 02% Fe2O3 were obtained from the rare metal tailing. Besides the efficient utilization of the tailing,new collector EZ-2 performed well in separating feldspar and quartz,thus its application field was broadened.
