通过对比国内外包装机械行业现状,简述包装机械的设计特点,引出实现自动化包装机械的必要性,在此基础上以高速创可贴生产包装机械为例,分析了自动包装机械模块化设计的基本方法,并在设计方法层面上提出了创新思路,以实现包装机械的自动化、柔性化和智能化。

This article compared the current situations of domestic and foreign packaging machinery industry, introduced the de- sign features of the packaging machinery briefly, presented the high speed band aid the production of paekaging machinery as an example which based on the necessity of the implementation of automated packaging machinery. This article analyzes the method of automatic packaging machinery and modular design of the base, and put forward the innovative ideas in the design level, in or- der to achieve the automation of packaging machinery, flexible and intelligent.
