从整车项目开发的几个关键阶段,综述了并行工程在帅客(C16A)项目开发过程中的实施概况,充分显示出并行工程在整车项目开发中的重要性、必要性及优越性。该车型的成功上市证明并行工程有利于降低项目开发风险,缩短项目开发周期,减少项目开发费用,值得推广。
This paper from the vehicle key stages of project development, summarizes the overview of the implementation of con- current engineering in the C16A project development process.
