摘要
火工厂房易燃易爆,做好防雷接地设计尤其重要。通过给出计算实例的方法,阐述了典型火工厂房的防雷接地设计方案。方案充分考虑了火工厂房易燃易爆的特点,采用四根等高接闪杆加两根接闪线的防雷设计,契合了规范对滚球半径的要求;充分考虑了火工厂房通常建设在山区、土壤电阻率高的特点,通过对接地电阻、模块电阻的计算确定了降阻模块使用要求及厂房接地设计方法。可以为典型火工品厂房防雷与接地的设计者提供参考。
Good lightning protection and grounding design is especially important for explosive factory. The method of calculation examples is given to describe the typical plant lightning protection and grounding design. The four towers plus two lines lightning protection design considers the explosive plant characteristics, fitting the sphere radius requirements. Taking full account of the soil of mountains characteristics, the resistance calculation and the grounding design are given. A reference of typical pyrotechnics plants' lightning protection and grounding design is provided.
