提高新农村基层党组织的执行力在党领导的社会主义新农村建设中具有十分重要的意义。当前,我国新农村基层党组织建设中存在着对加强执行力的重要性认识不足、执行手段缺乏创新、个别党员干部素质不高、执行力制度建设缓慢等问题。因此,必须从思想建设、组织建设、党员干部胜任力建设、制度建设着手,全方位提升新农村基层党组织执行力,从而推动我国社会主义建设,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。

Improving executive ability of basic level organization of the Chinese Communist Party in new countryside is very important in the construction of socialistic new countryside in the leadership of the party.At present,the grass-roots party organization construction in our country in the new countryside is facing some problems,such as lack of awareness of the importance to strengthen the executive force and innovation of means of implementation.Therefore,we must proceed from the thought construction,organization construction,Party members and cadres competency construction,system construction,promote new rural basic level party organization execution in all directions,so as to promote our country to build well-off society in the round in the early and realize the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
