构建和完善警察权利保障机制符合新形势下社会和经济发展的要求,具有重要意义。警察的工作量日益增多,但是其付出却往往得不到公众的认可和理解,这在一定程度上影响了警察队伍的战斗力和凝聚力。应对当前警察权益保障问题进行思考和分析,探寻建立和完善权益保障机制的对策。

In the new period,to build and perfect the police rights and interests safeguard mechanism is to meet the requirements of social and economic development under the new situation.The people’s police is shouldering the national prosperity and stability maintenance,guarantee the sacred duty of the people to live and work in peace and contentment.But as the diversified social and economic development,social security work is increasingly,which enlarged the police heavy workload;In addition,the police’s efforts can not get the recognition and understanding of the people.The reason is that people ignore the individual needs of the police.To ensure the rights of the police,we must establish and perfect the corresponding safeguard mechanism.
