《爱的饥渴》是三岛由纪夫以女性为主人公的前期代表作之一。通过叙事视角的多角度转换对悦子三段寻爱经历的分析,可以看到她强烈的女性自我意识,但理想与现实的冲突,奠定了作品的悲剧基调。悲剧的原因是悦子无法获得性爱中的真实自我体验,更是战后东西方文化冲突造成的主人公对生命意义的迷茫。

Thirst of Love is one of the early representative works with women as heroines of mishima yukio,in which the author has made an analysis of the three love-pursuit experiences of etsuko in a way of multi-dimensional transformation from the narrative perspective.From the book we can see her strong female self-consciousness,but the conflict between dreams and reality has also set the tragic tone of the work.The very reason of the tragedy is that not only the true self-experience could not be obtained in sex,but also that the confusion for life caused by conflicts brought about by eastern and western cultures after war.
