高校家庭经济困难学生的认定是学生资助工作的最基础环节,是落实国家各项学生资助政策的前提和保障.目前大多数高校的困难生认定条件宽泛,认定过程缺乏量化评价.科学构建能够全面掌握学生家庭经济状况的困难认定评价指标体系,力求科学、可量化地认定困难学生,并进行实证分析,困难学生认定评价信息的处理及应用,力求公平公正合理地分配资助资源,最大限度地发挥高校帮困体系的作用.

The assessment and maintain system of the financial-difficulty families in colleges and universi-ties is the most basic link of the subsidization work for students,which is the precondition and guarantee of the practicable policy of all.Current status is that the conditions of the assessing system is too wide to give a quantitative evaluation.To build a scientific assessment and maintain system to get the comprehen-sive information of the financial-difficulty families can help us assess the financial-difficult-family students more scientifically.The empirical analysis of the assessment and maintain system and the infor-mation are also needed to dispose and apply.Only in this way can the subsidizd resources be allocated justly and equdly so that the aid system for the financial-difficulty families can work well.
