摘要 研究了丝孢酵母Trichosporon montevideense PHE1对苯酚降解的影响因素,从苯酚初始浓度、氮源浓度、磷酸盐浓度、接种量、转速、p H值等方面考察了影响苯酚降解菌的生长和降解特性的因子研究。结果表明,降解是个好氧的过程;p H值明显影响苯酚降解率,碱性条件更适合降解,p H 5~10范围内有较高的降解率;氮、磷主要通过影响菌体生长量来影响降解;该菌株可以耐受苯酚浓度达1.5g/L左右;但菌体接种量的增加明显提高菌株对毒性的耐受、存活率以及苯酚降解率。 Phenol degradation using strain Trichosporon montevideense PHE1 were investigated, which focused on the effects of concentrations of the phenol, nitrogen source, phosphate, the microbe inocula amount, oscillation rate, and pH value. The phenol degradation featured an aerobic process, and obviously, pH influenced the degradation, efficient removal was found in the pH ranging from 5 to 10; while nitrogen source and phosphate mainly affected the degrading efficiency by influencing the cell growth. It was found that the strain was able to bear phenol of high concentration up to 1.5g/L, and evidently, increases of the inoculated amount of biomass could strengthen the tolerance to toxicity caused by phenol.
