2014年马铃薯主粮化发展战略的出台,给马铃薯产业带来了巨大的商机。中国是马铃薯种植大国,但还不是加工大国,马铃薯产后商品化处理和加工转化仍然需要强化。政府要高度重视马铃薯深加工产生的废水废渣对环境和生态造成的污染与破坏,坚决杜绝走"先污染再治理、边污染边治理"的老路。
The came out of the development strategy of potato as staple food brought a huge business opportunities for potato industry. China is a big country to plant potato, but not a processing power country, potato postpartum commercial- ized processing and processing and conversion still need to strengthen. The government should attach great importance to the the pollution and destruction of the environment and ecology influenced by the potato processing waste water and residue, resolutely put an end to pollution first then governance and one side pollution and on one side governance.
