纬二重大提花旅游纺织品的设计与开发

Design and development of jacquard tourism textile with double weft

旅游纺织品是旅游纪念品的重要组成部分,具有地方特色、艺术性、纪念性的旅游纺织品将获得旅游者的青睐。从原料选择、织物图案、色彩、结构、提花装造工艺等方面详细介绍了旅游纺织品的设计过程,并用纹织CAD进行了图案纹样设计、意匠设计、装造设计及纹理效果模拟展示。结合具体实例,选择以丹顶鹤为主题的纹样,采用毛/腈混纺纱股线为原料,根据纹样花色选用多种纬二重组织结合,设计并生产了代表盐城"绿文化"的大提花旅游纺织品。

As an important part of tourist souvenirs, tourist textiles which with local characteristics, artistic value and commemorative significance will appeal to consumers. A practical tourism textile is designed from the material choice, the pattern, color, structure and process technology. The process technology of the tourism textile is detailed in this paper with patterns and texture effects simulated based on CAD. This paper introduces the design and development of one jacquard tourist fabric which stands for the ＂green culture＂ of Yancheng from three aspects, including pattern with red-crowned crane, material with W/A plied yarn, different double weft weaves according to different color of different regions on the pattern.
