摘要
研制的标准物质以利血平、异丙醇和分析实验室一级用水为原料,采用基准方法重量-容量法准确制备特性量值为1.00 ng/μL的异丙醇-水中利血平溶液标准物质,其主要用于利血平成分分析、液相色谱-质谱联用仪的检定和校准、分析方法的确认与评价等。通过制备方法控制,研制的标准物质通过了均匀性和稳定性考察,并与GBW(E)130412进行比对,标准物质定值结果的相对扩展不确定度为U=2%(k=2),有效期限为18个月。
The certified reference material of reserpine with characteristic value of 1.00 ng/μL in isopropanol-water was prepared using reserpine, water and isopropanol as raw materials by weighting-volumetric method. This reference material was primarily used for the content analysis of reserpine,verification and calibration of LC-MS as well as evaluation and validation of analytical methods. In addition,the examination of homogeneity,stability and comparison with GBW (E) 130412 of reserpine reference material was qualified via the adjustment of prepared method. The relative expanded uncertainty of value result is 2% (k = 2) and the validity period is 18 months.
