摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是我国教育教学改革中的一项重要举措,创新能力是"卓越工程师"所应该具备的核心能力之一,如何培养计算机专业学生的创新能力,是高校为企业培养创新型工程人才的关键问题。分析了计算机专业发展现状以及卓越工程师创新能力培养所存在的一些问题,提出了"卓越工程师"产学联动培养模式下创新能力培养的改革措施,总结了卓越工程师创新能力培养的有效途径。
＂Excellent engineer educating and training program＂ is an important measure for education and teaching reform in our country. Innovation ability is one of the core ability that the ＂excellent engineer＂ should have, and how to cultivate the innovation ability of the students majoring in computer is the key problem in training innovative engineering talents for enterprise. This paper analyzes the current development situation of computer specialty and the existing problems of innovation ability training of excellent engineers, puts forward the reform measures, and summarizes the way for cultivation of innovation ability of the excellent engineer.
