摘要
通过技改技革,解决斯那姆氨汽提工艺生产中出现的设备腐蚀老化、管道结晶堵塞,生产成本高以及影响系统稳定运行等问题。尤其面对三聚氰胺来料的影响。装置做了大量改进,实现了系统的扩容、优化和稳定运行。
Via the technical reformation , resolve some problems on the produce of the SNAM process, for example the equipment erode ,piping jammed by crystallization ,high cost ,the influence on stability. Especially the influence by the material form melamine plant, because a lot of technical reformation, so the system can run on higher load and more optimize and more stability.
