摘要
以壳聚糖-纳米二氧化钛微球为絮凝剂处理染料废水,研究了其对染料废水的脱色性能和COD的去除率。初步考察了pH值、壳聚糖-纳米二氧化钛微球对脱色效果的影响,比较了壳聚糖与壳聚糖-二氧化钛微球处理艳蓝染料废水的数据,壳聚糖-纳米TiO2的脱色效果和COD的去除率明显优于壳聚糖,实验结果表明用壳聚糖-纳米TiO2是处理难降解染料废水的有效方法。
Using chitosan-nano-TiOz microsphere as flocculants, the decolorxzatlon oi ayes wastewater and the removal rate o~ chemical oxygen demand (COD) have been studied. The influencing factors that affect the decolorization performance, such as the pH, chitosan- nano-TiOz microsphere, etc are investigated. Compared by the data of treating brilliant blue KN-R dye wastewater with chitosan and chitosan-nano-TiOz microsphere respectively, the results show that chitosan-TiO2 composite chitosan flocculant has a more higher decolorization rate and COD removal than a single brilliant chitosan, the results of the experiment show that it is an effective method to treat refractory dye wastewater with chitosan-nano-TiO2.
