摘要
采用正交试验设计,研究了不同栽培技术措施对马铃薯匍匐茎和块茎的花青素积累的影响。结果表明,最有利于花青素在马铃薯匍匐茎和块茎中积累的组合为:品种选用紫洋,施肥水平180 kg/667m2,密度为5 555株/667m2,采取不覆盖方式,成熟期匍匐茎和块茎中花青素含量分别达19.203和33.127 mg/kg。
Orthogonal experimental design was used to investigate the effect of different cultivation measures on anthocyan accumulation in stolons and tubers of potato. The results showed that the optimal combination for anthocyan accumulation in potato stolon and tuber was :a potato variety Ziyang, with the fertilization rate of 2 700 kg/hm^2, the density of 83 325 plants/hm^2, and no cover.
