摘要
以云南省普洱市宁洱县为研究区域,通过德尔菲法确定参评因子的权重,采用模糊数学模型与AHP决策分析相结合的方法,建立耕地适宜性评价指标体系,对宁洱县的耕地植烟适宜性进行综合评价。结果表明,宁洱县适宜植烟的耕地面积为5 598.54 hm2,占总耕地面积的10.44%;高度适宜植烟的耕地面积为769.37 hm2,占总耕地面积的1.44%。其中,以宁洱镇高度适宜和适宜植烟的面积最大,达2 449.55 hm2;而黎明乡适宜植烟的耕地面积最小,仅84.30 hm2。在目前的种植制度下,不适宜和勉强适宜种植烟草区域的种植制度基本合理,适宜种植烟草区域应积极推广烟草的种植,而高度适宜烟草种植区域的烟草种植面积应该适当扩大,以提高经济效益。
Taking Ning'er, a county of Pu'er City in Yunnan Province as the study area, using the Delphi method to determine the weights of the contestant factors and combining the fuzzy mathematics model with AHP decision analysis, this paper built the assessment indicator system of cultivated land suitability and made a comprehensive evaluation of the land suitability for tobacco planting. The results showed that the cultivated land in Ning'er County suitable for planting tobacco was 5 598.54 hm^2, accounting for 10.44% of the total arable land, of which 769.37 hm^2 was highly suitable for tobacco cultivation, accounting for 1.44%. The largest area highly suitable and suitable for tobacco planting was in Ning'er Town, up to 2 449.55 hm^2. While in Li Ming Town ship, the arable land's area suitable for tobacco was minimum, only 84.30 hm^2. At present cropping systems of the areas unsuitable and barely suitable for planting tobacco were nearly reasonable, the areas suitable for tobacco should be used to widely grow tobacco actively while the areas highly suitable for tobacco should be used to properly enlarge the tobacco cultivated areas for better economic performance.
