Status Quo and Control Measures of Agricultural Non-point Pollution in Changsha

概述了长沙市农业面源污染包括化肥、农药、农膜、秸秆、畜禽粪便以及生活污染的现状,针对其污染特点提出了加强宣传教育和引导、加强清洁生产技术推广、加强监控网络体系建设、加强部门科室间的配合和加大财政资金投入力度等的防治对策,对控制长沙市乃至湖南省的农业面源污染,改善生态环境,构建和谐社会具有现实意义。

The paper summarizes the status quo of Changsha non-point pollution which includes fertilizers, agrochemicals, agricultural films, straws, animal manures and residential pollution. In allusion to pollution features, several control measures are put forward as follows： enhancing environmental publicity, education and guidance, strengthening the popularization of clean production techniques, improving the construction of monitoring network, reinforcing the cooperation among all departments and offices, and increasing the investment of financial capital. These measures are of practical meanings for controlling agricultural non-point pollution in Changsha city and even Hunan province, improving the eco-environment, and constructing a harmonious society.
