摘要
为了充分挖掘闲置洞穴资源,实现高效产业利用,补充山区设施农业面积,综述了利用洞穴资源发展食用菌栽培的研究进展。研究表明,借助洞穴特殊气候条件实现食用菌栽培是充分利用我国洞穴资源的有效方式,也是发展生态、高效农业的重要途径。目前,适宜发展洞穴栽培的食用菌品种有双孢菇、鸡腿菇、杏鲍菇、茶树菇、香菇、金针菇等,在管理得当的条件下,可获得较高经济效益,有条件的地区可以大力推广。
This paper reviews the exploration of edible mushroom cultivation in caves in China. The study shows that the edible mushroom cultivation in caves with the special climatic condition as the supplementary area of mountainous facility agriculture is an effective way to take full advantage of cave resources and develop ecological and high-efficient agriculture. Currently edible mushroom varieties suitable for cultivation in caves include Agaricus bisporus, Coprinus comaus, Pleurotus eryngii, Agrocybe aegerita, Lentinus edodes, Flammulina velutipes. The in-cave edible mushroom cultivation could yield relatively high economic benefits with proper management and could be promoted in areas with suitable conditions.
