摘要
以插座盖为研究对象,针对注射模中浇口位置的合理性在塑料成型制品中所处的重要地位,运用MPI软件对插座盖在其不同浇口位置进行模拟分析。分析填充时间、缩痕指数、熔接痕、气穴、翘曲产生的原因及其对制件表面质量的影响,通过浇口优化后确定最佳的浇口设计方案,为注射模的优化设计提供借鉴。
Taking the socket cover as the research object, it was very important to choose the reasonable gate location of injection mould for plastic molding and processing. Based on MPI, the simulation analysis of socket cover could be carried out at different gates. It was involved in the analysis of filling time, sink mark index, weld mark, air pocket, and the cause of warping and its influence on the quality of workpiece surface. The optimal gate design scheme could be set by gate optimization design, and a reference was provided for mold designers.
