摘要
分析了吸尘器电机罩板塑件的工作要求、结构特点、表面质量及结构工艺性,设计了电机罩板的注塑模具。该模具采用一模一腔的布局,浇口为点浇口,在塑件两侧面设计了侧向分型机构。结合塑件结构设计了合理的冷却系统,完成了模具的总体结构设计。实践表明:此模具的结构合理,运行可靠,满足使用要求。
The work requirements, structural characteristics, surface quality and molding process of the motor cower plate had been analyzed, and the injection mould had been designed. The layout of the mould was with one module and one cavity, anti with point gate. And the side parting mechanism had been designed on both side plastic parts. Combining with the plastic parts structure, the cooling system had been designed, and the overall structure of the mould design had been completed. Practice showed that the mouht structure was reasonable, reliable operation, and could meet the requirement.
