摘要
采用水热法以HF为形貌控制剂制备了Ti O2纳米片,通过改变HF用量对纳米片的形貌尺寸进行了调控。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)等测试对Ti O2纳米片的结构、形貌进行了表征。结果表明制备出了(001)晶面占主导的锐钛矿Ti O2纳米片,Ti O2纳米片在紫外光催化降解罗丹明B时表现出了较强的光催化性能。
TiO2 nanosheet dominated with (001) facet was prepared by hydrothermal method using HF as morphology and crystal facets controlling reagent. The size of TiO2 nanosheet was regulated by changing the amount of HF. The morphology and structure of the TiO2 nanosheet were characterized by X - ray diffraction ( XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Photocatalytic activity of samples was evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B.
