摘要
以正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,制备了纳米二氧化硅。讨论了无水乙醇用量、温度、p H值等因素对产物粒径的影响,并研究了其作为添加剂对润滑油摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:二氧化硅粉体的粒径在50-200 nm范围内;润滑油的摩擦系数随纳米二氧化硅掺量增加呈规律性变化。
Nano - SiO2 were prepared using TEOS as precursor. The effects of ethanol, temperature, and pH on grain size were probed, and the effects of it on friction performance of lubricating oil were studied. The results showed that: the size of SiO2 is in the range of 50 - 200 nm; and the friction coefficient of lubricating oil showed regular changes with the addition of nano - SiO2.
