室温固化无卤阻燃环氧灌封胶的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以DER 331、聚氨酯改性环氧树脂为基体,自制的液体阻燃剂与氢氧化铝复配,692为稀释剂,硅微粉和重钙为填料制备了环氧灌封胶。研究了不同原材料对灌封胶性能的影响。结果表明:采用复合增韧剂提高了环氧灌封胶的抗冲击性能,复合阻燃剂发挥了协同阻燃效果,阻燃性能达到了UL-94 V-0级。本灌封胶固化反应缓和、放热量小、柔韧性好、黏度低、固化物表面光滑平整,适宜作为灌封胶。 Epoxy pouring sealant were prepared using DER 331 and epoxy modified by polyurethane as matrix, liquid flame retardants and AI( OH)3 as composite flame retardants ,692 as thinner,silica powder and Calcium carbonate as the filler. The effects of different materials on properties of the epoxy pouring sealant were studied. The results showed that composite toughening agents can improve the impact strength of epoxy pouring sealant. Composite flame retardant has a good synergistic flame retardant effect, and the performance of flame retardaney achieved UI.94 - V0 rating, the curing reaction of the sealant was moderated,the sealant had good flexibility,low viscosity and the smooth curing surface, so that the sealant is suitable for using in the epoxy pouring sealant.
