摘要 综述了聚乙烯醇生产过程中副产物醋酸甲酯分离提纯的主要方法和研究进展,对萃取精馏工艺、加盐萃取和精馏相结合工艺、变压精馏工艺进行了比较。经上述方法提纯的醋酸甲酯纯度可达到99%以上,并有成功实现工业化应用的案例。企业应根据自身实际情况选择适合的醋酸甲酯精制技术,使聚乙烯醇生产过程中副产物醋酸甲酯的提纯方案尽可能投资少、能耗低、污染小,获取较大的经济效益和社会效益。 As main purification technology of methyl acetate in the process of polyvinyl alcohol production, the combination of salt - adding extraction and distillation technology, extractive distillation technology and variable pressure rectification technology are reviewed and compared in this paper. By these three methods of purification processes, methyl acetate purity can reach more than 99%, and these three processes have been successfully applied in the industrialized production of methyl acetate. Enterprise should choose suitable refining technology of methyl acetate according to own actual situation. The refining technology of methyl acetate is expect to be less investment, low energy consumption, low pollution, and obtaining greater economic benefits and social benefits.
