酯类化合物是一类重要的医药、农药中间体,不同的酯类有不同的合成方法。本文主要介绍了有机酸与醇直接合成、羧酸盐和氯代烃反应、腈的醇解、羧酸酯和醇进行交换等四种不同的方法。

Esters are a class of important medicine and pesticide intermediates. Different esters have different synthesis methods. This paper mainly introduces four kinds of synthesis method： direct synthesis of organic acid and alcohol, carboxylic acid salt and chlorinated hydrocarbon reaction, nitrile alcoholysis, synthesis of carboxylic acid esters and alcohols exchange.
