This paper introduces the plan and measures of constructing characteristics in Pharmacy of local universities. In order to fully reflect the school ＇s educational orientation and spirit, we suggested building a new teaching and learning model,improving teaching and learning management , reforming the teaching content of curriculum, and enhancing the construction of teacher staff, By these practice, we can establish the characteristics basement of pharmacy student to improve specialized skill and scientific research abilities.
