摘要
开发一套SCD在线管控软件,实现对SCD文件进行系统编号和分级管理,以及SCD文件的权限许可、在线查询、浏览、修改等功能的管控,保证SCD文件的安全使用,为智能变电站的安全运行提供有力保障。
The online management and control software about SCD was developed. The SCD documents could be numbered systematically and managed in hierarchy. Also, the permissions validation, online inquiry, browse, modification were achieved by it. The management and control software ensured the safety application of SCD documents, gave the protection for smart substation.
