摘要 为生产出高浓度(55%)噻虫嗪水悬浮剂,以外观、粘度、悬浮率、分散性、低温稳定性及热贮稳定性为考核标准,研究了润湿分散剂和增稠剂对55%噻虫嗪水悬浮剂性能的影响。结果表明:14种润湿分散剂中,SC-34、TX-8、SK-24和SP-2836的流点均<0.4,其中,TX-8对悬浮剂降粘效果最好,SC-34对悬浮剂的润湿效果最好。55%噻虫嗪水悬浮剂的最终配方为55%噻虫嗪(折百)、5.56%石蜡、3%SC-34、1%TX-8、1%SK-24、1%白炭黑、0.05%黄原胶、1%消泡剂、3%乙二醇、1%卡松、补水至100%。按此配方配制55%噻虫嗪水悬浮剂的技术指标达国家标准。 The effects of wetting dispersant agents and thickening agents on appearance, viscosity, suspension percentage, dispersibility, low temperature stability and thermal stability of 55% Thiamethoxam water suspension were studied to produce 55% Thiamethoxam water suspension with high concentration. Results: The flow point of SC-34, TX-8, SK-24 and SP-2836 wetting dispersant agents is%0.4. The viscosity reducing effect of TX-8 agent on 55% Thiamethoxam water suspension is the best but the wetting effect of SC-34 agent on 55% Thiamethoxam water suspension is the maximum. The final formula of 55% Thiamethoxam water suspension includes 55% Thiamethoxam, 5. 56% paraffin, 3% SC-34, 1% TX-8, 1% SK-24,1% silica, 0.05% xanthan gum, 1% defoamer, 3% ethylene glycol, 1% cason and 28. 39% water. The technical index of 55% Thiamethoxam water suspension can reach the national standard.
