低乳源蛋白代乳料对早期断奶公犊能量及蛋白的沉积效果 被引量:2

摘要 为中国荷斯坦奶牛犊牛的早期断奶人工培育和公犊的肉牛资源化利用提供参考,选择品种来源一致、出生时间不超过3d的中国荷斯坦奶牛健康公犊27头,随机分为3组,分别饲喂40%、55%和70%非乳源性蛋白替代比例的代乳料(以改性植物蛋白、改性淀粉分别为代乳料蛋白质和能量的主要来源),3周龄早期断奶,于22~28日龄采用全收粪尿法进行消化代谢试验,测定低乳源蛋白代乳料对早期断奶公犊蛋白、能量的沉积效率。结果表明:代乳料中70%的非乳源性蛋白替代比例对犊牛早期断奶代乳中蛋白质的消化率为(72.81±2.70)%,可消化粗蛋白沉积为体蛋白的效率为(61.26±5.18)%,总能的消化率为(85.03±2.54)%,代谢能用于沉积的效率为(41.05±1.91)%,均与40%、55%非乳源性蛋白替代比例代乳料相近(P〉0.05)。70%非乳源性蛋白代乳料可实现中国荷斯坦奶牛犊牛3周龄早期断奶的正常消化代谢。 27 healthy China Hostein male calves with 3 d old were divided into three groups randomly, then three groups were fed with 40% , 55% and 70% milk replacer of non-milk protein (modified plant protein and modified starch as main protein and energy source), The digestion and metabolism test of early weaning calves with 22 - 28 d old was conducted by total feces and urine collection to study the energy deposition efficiency of low milk protein on early weaning male calves. The results showed that the digestibility of CP, deposition efficiency of DCP, digestibility of GE and deposition efficiency of ME of calves fed with 70% milk replacer of non-milk protein are (72. 81±2.70)%, (61.26 ± 5.18)%, (85.03 ± 2.54) % and(41.05±1.91)% respectively, which are close to those of calves fed with 40% and 55% milk replacer of non-milk protein (P〉0.05). In conclusion, 70% milk replacer of non-milk protein can realize normal digestion and metabolism of early weaning China Hostein calves with 3-week old.
