摘要
为充分利用决明子资源,在超声波功率内置为50W的仪器条件下,采用单因素试验和正交试验考察了提取时间、微波功率、乙醇体积分数、料液比对决明子中大黄酚提取率的影响。结果表明:提取大黄酚的最佳条件为60%乙醇作提取溶剂,微波功率60 W,提取时间40min,料液比1∶15(g/g)。在该条件下,决明子大黄酚提取率达2.4%。
In order to make full use of C. semen resource, the extraction technology of chrysophanol from C. semen was optimized by ultrasonic wave-microwave collaborative method. The effects of concentration of extracting agent, extraction time, microwave power, solid-liquid ratio were studied by single factor and L9 (3^4) orthogonal tests. Results: When the ultrasonic wave power is fixed 50W, the optimal extraction conditions are as follows: 60% alcohol, extraction time 40 min, microwave power 60W and solid-liquid ratio 1 : 15 g/g. Conclusion: The extraction yield was 2.4% under the optimal conditions.
