资源环境约束下我国西部地区农业全要素生产率增长及其影响因素 被引量:5

摘要 为在资源环境约束日益严峻的形势下全面评估西部地区农业发展状况,促进西部地区农业可持续发展,基于我国西部地区12个省市2000—2013年农业投入产出数据,利用SBM方向性距离函数、Luenberger生产率指标和面板数据的时间固定效应模型,分析了资源环境约束下西部地区农业全要素生产率的增长、变化趋势和影响因素。结果:近年来西部地区农业增长显著,但农业全要素生产率提高缓慢,对农业增长贡献低;农业技术效率有恶化趋势,技术进步是农业全要素生产率增长的主要源泉。西部地区农业全要素生产率随着人均农业产出增加呈现U型变化趋势,工业化能够提高农业全要素生产率,而农业投资并没有显著提高农业全要素生产率。 The growth, variation trend and influence factors of agricultural total factor productivity in Western China under resource and environment restriction were analyzed by SBM directional distance function, Luenberger productivity index and panel data time fixed effect model based on the input/output data of agriculture of 12 Provinces (Cities) in Western China during 2000-2013 to overall evaluate agricultural development status in Western China under the increasing severe resource and environment restriction and to promote its agricultural sustainable development. Results: Agricultural growth in Western China is significance but improvement of agricultural total factor productivity is slow and the contribution of agricultural total factor productivity to agricultural growth is lower. Agricultural technical efficiency shows a degradation trend. Technical progress is the main source for growth of agricultural total factor productivity. Agricultural total factor productivity in Western China represents a U variation trend with increase of per capita agricultural output. Industrialization can increase agricultural total factor productivity but agricultural investment can not improve agricultural total factor productivity significantly.
