绵阳市农业循环经济发展评价及障碍因素识别

为促进农业循环经济发展提供参考,以绵阳市为例,构建农业循环经济发展评价指标体系,对绵阳市及其所辖9个地区的农业循环经济发展状况进行定量评价,并通过计算各指标的障碍度,识别发展的障碍因素。结果表明:绵阳市2002—2012年农业循环经济发展水平总体呈上升趋势,主要的拉动因素为资源循环利用、经济与社会发展水平的提升,资源的减量化投入水平和资源环境安全水平是其农业循环经济发展的主要障碍因素。2011年各地区农业循环经济发展水平差异明显,平武县发展良好,安县和梓潼县为中等水平,三台县、游仙区、北川县、江油市、涪城区和盐亭县为中下水平。应加强科技、资金和政策支持,因地制宜地提高资源的减量投入和循环利用水平,促进农业循环经济发展。

The countermeasures to promote agricultural recycling economic development are strengthening support of technology, capital and policy and improving resources reduction input and circular utilization level according to local conditions.
