摘要
为促进我国现代服务业和农业的融合发展提供参考,利用2000—2012年我国现代服务业和农业发展的相关数据,基于耗散结构理论构建现代服务业和农业耦合发展评价指标体系,运用改进的熵值法确定其权重,对我国现代服务业和农业的耦合度和耦合协调度进行测算,并运用外溢效应模型分析现代服务业对农业的外溢效应。结论:我国现代服务业和农业的耦合关系为中度耦合,处于耦合发展阶段初期,属于过渡发展型。现代服务业对经济发展和农业进步的溢出效应为0.2845,溢出效应较显著。应通过促进旅游业、金融业、信息产业、物流业与农业的融合发展,推动现代服务业与农业的融合发展。
The weights of different evaluation indexes from the data of modern service industry and agriculture in China from 2000--to 2012 were determined by the improved entropy evaluation method based on the evaluation index system established from the theory of dissipative structure. And the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of modern service industry and agriculture were calculated by the evaluation index system and the spillover effect of modern service industry on agriculture was analyzed by the model of spillover effect to provide a reference for integrative development of modern service industry and agriculture in China. In conclusion, the coupling relationship of modern service industry and agriculture is moderate coupling degree and in the early period of the coupling development. The spillover effect of modern service industry on economic development and agricultural progress is 0. 2845, which indicates the spillover effect is significance. The integrated development of modern service industry and agriculture should be impelled by promoting the integrated development of tourist industry, financial industry, information industry, logistics industry and agriculture.
