摘要
文章主要研究了一种高散热性的PCB机械钻孔用垫板,详细阐述其散热性和润滑性能的工作原理,研究其树脂特性和在钻孔时的散热性能。论证了该垫板在PCB机械钻孔中高频板、高Tg板中的应用以及和市场上常规的酚醛类垫板、蜜胺类的钻孔性能对比。另外本论文还简要介绍了该垫板的制备工艺。
This paper mainly studied the preparation and application of a high thermolysis plate using in PCB mechanical drilling, and introduced the operational principle of high thermolysis. The application of this plate used in high-frequency boards and high Tg plate were well studied and the comparative study of PCB drilling between this plate and Phenolic plate, melamine plate was conducted too. Meanwhile the preparation technology of this plate was introduced briefly.
