摘要
以单因素和正交试验优化了AB-8大孔树脂纯化藏茴香种子水溶性抗菌活性成分的工艺,并进行抑菌活性验证;结果表明吸附时间为8 h,加入样液3 BV的水稀释样液,用50%乙醇做洗脱剂洗脱得到的抗菌成分抑菌效果最好,采用优化工艺能够快速高效分离纯化藏茴香水溶性抑菌成分,且纯化成分具有较好地抑菌效果。
The technologies of purification of water-soluble antibacterial ingredients from caraway were studied using single factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that the adsorption time of 8 h , 3 BV of water added to sample solution, with 50 % ethanol as eluent to obtain antibacterial ingredient, which showed had good inhibitory effect on bacterial of E. coli.
