摘要 采用氨基酸类成分的高效液相指纹图谱,实现对包括陕西平利在内的8个产地绞股蓝的鉴别。使用超声法提取绞股蓝水溶性氨基酸,采用邻苯二甲醛柱前衍生高效液相色谱-荧光检测法,建立绞股蓝氨基酸类指纹图谱,结合主成分分析、判别分析鉴别不同产地绞股蓝。结果表明主成分分析法明显把陕西平利和其他产地区开来,对其他产地也基本上能够进行区分,建立的判别分析模型稳定性良好。由此得出氨基酸类成分的高效液相指纹图谱结合主成分析分析可以实现平利绞股蓝和其他产地的有效区分,建立的判别分析模型,为保护平利绞股蓝原产地域产品以及其他不同产地的区分提供了新的方法途径。 To establish a fingerprint analytical method according to the amino acids constituents for Identification of Gynostemma pentaphylla from eight different Localities including pingli shanxi. Free Amino Acids in Gynostemma pentaphylla were extracted by ultrasonic under water conditon , derivatized by O-phthalaldehyde, separated by Kromasil C18 column, monitored by a fluorescence detector ,A HPLC fingerprints of amino acids constituents was established. Similarity combined with principal component analysis (PCA) and discriminant analysis were used to compare and analyze Gynostemma pentaphylla in different localities. PCA could discriminate clearly Gynostemma pentaphylla cultivated pingli from other cultivation areas, also could basically carry on the discrimination between other cultivation areas. And a stable discrimination analysis model was established. HPLC fingerprints of amino acids constituents coupled with PCA could be used to compare and discriminate Gynostemma pentaphylla cultivated pingli from other cultivation areas,the established discrimination analysis model for pingli cultivation areas and other cultivation areas provided a new method for protecting Gynostemma pentaphylla cultivated pingli source territory and identifying different localities .
