摘要
管道布置设计是个复杂、优化的过程,在设计的初级阶段要有一定的设计步骤和方法。主要描述了如何进行管道布置规划,如何通过一些简化的计算,在用计算机做详细的应力分析之前,能确保管道的可操作性、完整性和稳定性。在了解必要的管道布置要求的基础上,设计合理的管道形状,设定合理的支架位置和功能,从而保证管道系统具有必要的柔性,满足后续管道力学分析的要求。同时对支架间距的计算作了介绍,对不同管道形状的支架间距的选取作了较详细的分析和说明。
Pipeline layout design is a complicated and optimized process. And it needs suitable design steps and methods in the primary stage of design. This study mainly describes how to carry out pipeline layout design. And how to make simplified calculation to ensure the pipeline system has the necessary flexibility and the certain operability, integrity and stability. Understand the basic requirements for pipeline layout to arrange reasonable pipeline shape and set reasonable support position and function to ensure the pipeline system with necessary flexibility to meet the requirements of mechanical analysis.
