摘要
介绍了通过上级法定计量机构校准的FLUKE 732B电压值作为传递标准来实现对直流电压标准组YCSD-10电压值的精密测量和测量不确定度评定,设计了基于高精度数表和低热电势扫描开关,采用替代法原理来实现直流电压标准组电压值测试的方法,提出了基于本方法的不确定度分析数学模型,并对测量过程中的不确定度分量(各影响量)进行分析,最后计算出直流电压标准组的标定值和测量不确定度。
This article introduces through legal measurement institutions that the FLUKE 732B voltage value as a transfer standard to realized evaluation of uncertainty in measurement for the voltage of DC voltage standard group YCSD-10. A kind of High precision digital meter and scanner with low thermal EMF is designed in this paper. The voltage measurement of DC standard voltage realizes by voltage measure principles of substitution method and design, and establishes the relative mathematical model and factors of analyses of uncertainty in performance testing process. Finally, figures out the dc voltage value standard set of calibration and measurement uncertainty
