摘要
采用概率统计的分析方法,通过对云南风电场全年出力数据进行处理计算,得出各出力区间的概率值,并对概率分布的数字特征进行了分析。依据分析结论,文章在风电接入系统技术参数选择、风电参与云南区域电力平衡计算方面提出建议,具有较强的工程应用价值。
In this paper, analysis of characteristics of probability distribution is carried out by the processing of Yunnan wind farm annual output data and using probability and statistics. According to the analysis conclusion, the paper offer propposals in choosing technology parameters for wind power access to the power system and wind power involved in Yunnan regional power balance calculation. The thesis possesses engineering value.
