摘要 设计一款动圈式永磁直线双缸压缩机,介绍其结构和工作原理,并利用实验方法间接求出系统的阻尼系数。应用Maxwell 2D软件对直线压缩机的谐振频率特性、0.8 MPa负载下的压缩机运动特性进行求解。计算结果表明:直线压缩机系统的固有谐振频率随着负载压力的增加而升高,加载的激励电流与系统的谐振频率一致时,压缩机处于谐振工作状态,运行特性最佳。 This paper designs a moving coil type permanent magnet linear compressor with double cylinders, introduces its structure and working principle, indirectly calculates the damping coefficient of system, using the experimental methods and uses Maxwell 2D software to solve its compressor motion characteristics, resonance frequency characteristics of the linear compressor under the load of 0.8 MPa. The results show that the natural resonance frequency of the linear compressor is increased with the increasing of load pressure, while the resonant frequency of system does the same with the excitation current, the compressor works in resonance sta- tus and its work characteristics is best.
