摘要
在总结潜孔钻机国内外发展现状的基础上,介绍了潜孔钻机重要的工作部件之一变幅机构,进一步分析了其结构组成及动力源液压系统。对其变幅机构在运动过程中的压力冲击现象进行仿真分析,利用液压仿真软件AMESim建立了仿真模型,经分析研究找到了引起压力冲击的原因,并根据仿真研究的结果提出了主阀阀芯过流面积的改进方案,为钻机进一步优化改善提供理论参考,对现实施工也有一定实际指导意义。
Based on the summary of the development situation of DIH drilling rigs at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the luffing mechanism, one important part of DTH ddlling rigs,and the hydraulic system of its power and discusses its the basic structure. It also analyzes and simulates the pressure impact of its drive system existing in its operating process and uses the on simulation software AMESim to esfablish its model. The reason of the pressure impact is found through analysis. And according to the result of the simulation research, it proposes that the main valve is changed to increase its filter area. This scheme gives a reference to its improvement and is of certain practical guiding significance.
