摘要 为解决多AGV系统中的任务调度及协调控制问题,受神经-内分泌协调机制的启发,结合混合区域控制模型,建立了任务、制造单元及AGV之间相互刺激的激素分泌模型,并在此基础上提出了基于神经-内分泌协调机制的多AGV任务分配及调度机制。结合实例进行了调度仿真实验,验证了此方法的可行性和有效性。 To solve the task scheduling and coordination problems in multi-AGV system, gaining enlightenment from the neure-en- docrine coordination mechanism and combining the mixed regional control model, this paper build the hormone secretion model of the stimulation among task, manufacturing unit and AGV, then, proposes the multi-AGV task assignment and scheduling mechanism based on the neuro-endocrine coordination mechanism. The scheduling simulation experiments combined with specific examples are conducted and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach are verified.
