竖井旋流内消能工作为新型的生态流量泄放设施,目前几乎没有可依据的设计规范和借鉴的实际工程。文中在借鉴国内外已有工程经验的基础上,做了大量的、系统的和全面的模型试验,结合工程地质、地貌条件和枢纽布置条件,设计和布置了竖井旋流式内消能工。

Internal energy dissipation of shaft spillway with whirling current is a new facility of ecological discharge,so far there are few design standard and practical project to reference.Based on existing project experiences at home and abroad,the paper makes a large,systematic and comprehensive model tests,designs and arranges internal energy dissipation of shaft spillway with whirling current combining with the engineering geology,geomorphology condition and hub layout condition.
