摘要
在同向双螺杆挤出机中研究了不同共混工艺对马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)增容尼龙6(PA6)/低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)共混物形态和性能的影响。采用二步法比一步法制得的共混物中分散相尺寸小,二步法中共混工艺不同所制得共混物的分散相尺寸及其分布也有所不同;共混工艺对拉伸强度和弯曲强度影响较小,对冲击强度影响较大;熔体流动速率随分散相尺寸的增大先升高后降低。
Nylon 6 ( PA6)/low-density polythene (LDPE) blends compatibilized by maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (PE-g-MAH) were studied in a co-rotating twin-screw extruder with different blending procedures. The result showed that the particle sizes of dispersed phase produced by twice melt-blending were smaller than that produced by once melt-blending. The particle sizes and distribution of dispersed phase of blends varied with different blending procedures in the twice melt-blending method. The blending procedure influenced tensile and blend strength weakly, while it influenced impact strength strongly. The melt flow rate of the blends rose firstly and then decreased with the increase of dispersed phase of blends.
